1) Are repair parts available?

We maintain an inventory of parts for basic repairs. Other parts are available and can be ordered through our Online Parts Store – www.cel.market.pl or by contacting Shelley, North America distributor. We also have a referral network of qualified carriage repair shops throughout the USA and Canada and a certified mechanic available to answer questions and perform repairs

3) Is it possible to customize our carriage for personanel needs?

We offer many different style of carriages that can be modified. Seats, handles, steps, leg room distance, location of brakes pedals and easy entry into our carriages are some of the changes that can be made prior to shipping your carriage.

2) What annual maintencance is recommended?

Each carriage is shipped with a Maintenance Manual (PDF)Annual maintenance is minimal and easy to do.

4) Do you provide a warranty?

All carriages have a 2 year warranty on all components.

5) Are the advertised carriage weights accurate?

The carriage weights are accurate and certified by the manufacturers prior to shipping. Weights do include custom modifications as requested for each carriage.

7) How do I order a carriage?

Most orders can be discussed and finalized through emails and submission of our request form. Upon completion of a carriage order, your invoice will be sent by email for your review and acceptance. A deposit to initiate the order of a carriage can then be sent as instructed. Your balance is due upon delivery of your carriage.
